DINING IN CANCUN

You’ve enjoyed a day of sun and sea or a journey through one of the cities markets,
and about now you’re surely thinking of asking yourself; where are we going to eat?
Here that’s the question, since in Cancún its tough to decide on a place.
There are hundreds of restaurants, and all of them are good.
Really best method is to ask yourself what your going to eat, how far your willing to travel,
what type of atmosphere you like to surround yourself with, and what your budget is like.
If you can answer these questions you can find what it is you’re looking for,
whether it’s in the Hotel Zone or in downtown.

Thanks to the existence of a wide variety of places in which to dine,
you can choose between delicious tacos ‘al pastor’ (slices cut from a large, constantly cooking grill)
in downtown, try an exquisite cochinita pibil or los panuchos - which always
wet the appetite -or sample a varity of regional cuisine; often accompanied by Mexican folklorico music.
If you love boats you can also dine lobster aboard a pretty ship while sailing around the Nichutpé lagoon,
or spend a memorable time enjoying an intimate meal in one of the Hotel Zone’s magnificent world-class restaurants.
Look for new experiences! The commercial centers in the Hotel Zone aren’t just for shopping:
they also have restaurants considered to be some of the finest in Cancún,
and aside from dining the malls offer concerts and interesting art exhibits.
If you want to eat outside of the city, rent a car or taxi and go to the road between
Puerto Juárez and Punta Sam, where you will find a nice selection of sea-side restaurants.
Really, in Cancún the dining possibilities are endless: there are more than 400 restaurants,
and among them you can find the most varied plates: international and regional, and most
